Balkans 100MW+ Solar + BESS Project Reaches Financial Close
Kosovo 100MW+ Solar + BESS
We are pleased to announce that our 100MW+ solar and battery storage project in Balkans has successfully reached financial close. This milestone represents significant progress in our Balkans renewable energy portfolio. The project features 105 MW of solar PV capacity paired with 95 MW of battery energy storage, providing grid stability and revenue optimization. Construction is expected to commence in Q1 2026, with commercial operations targeted for Q4 2027. This transaction demonstrates strong institutional investor confidence in Balkans's renewable energy market and our development capabilities.

Our flagship 140 MW wind project in Georgia has received final grid connection approval from the national transmission operator. This critical milestone de-risks the project significantly and confirms the technical feasibility of grid integration. The project is now 6-9 months from Ready-to-Build status. Environmental permits are in place, land rights secured, and world-class EPC contractor engaged. We expect strong institutional investor interest given the project's IFC-compliant structure and attractive 15% equity IRR profile.

We are excited to announce that our 400MW+ solar and battery storage project in Balkans has secured development financing support from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). This backing validates the project's strong fundamentals and provides access to competitive financing terms. The project represents one of the largest renewable energy developments in the Balkans region and will contribute significantly to Balkans's clean energy transition goals. Land acquisition is progressing well, and environmental impact assessments are underway.

SAF Procurement Program Expands European Port Network
SAF Procurement
Our Sustainable Aviation Fuel procurement program has expanded to include additional FOB delivery ports across Northern Europe, enhancing supply chain flexibility for our airline and corporate clients. We now offer delivery from Rotterdam, Hamburg, Amsterdam, and Copenhagen, with volumes up to 5 million gallons annually. All SAF meets ISCC certification standards and qualifies for EU renewable energy mandates. We provide comprehensive certification support to help buyers navigate the regulatory landscape. Interest from European airlines and corporate flight departments continues to grow as SAF adoption accelerates across the aviation sector.
